Founded in 2010 the Don Coyote Outdoor Centre provides activity days including clay pigeon shooting, .22 rifle shooting and archery. We are a family business providing outdoor activities near Edinburgh in the scenic surrounds of the Scottish Borders.

Our HISTORY

Don Coyote Outdoor Centre was founded in 2010 by Jamie Flynn a young entrepreneur who returned to the area after studying business management in Aberdeen. He saw an opportunity to capitalise on the beautiful scenery and provide outdoor activities in the area to complement the existing local attractions. The centre is a family run business and, after starting out small, has continued to grow – adding more activities to keep you entertained all day. Business partners; J. Flynn & A. Flynn.

Originally the centre offered off-road go-karting with the use of Honda Pacer karts. In 2012 Don Coyote was reinvented with the introduction of our first shooting activity. In 2013 owing to the success of our clay pigeon shooting we dropped karting from our list of activities to introduce both archery and air rifle shooting to our repertoire. With our latest activity - .22 rifle shooting coming in late 2015. Stay up to date with new introductions, competitions and offers on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest pages.

Here at Don Coyote you will be greeted with a warm welcome and we aim to make your visit as fun and exciting as possible (or relaxed if that's what you would prefer). We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and are pleased to welcome visitors back time and again – whether you are coming for the views, or to make sure you beat him this time!

We also could not fail to mention our mascot - Kenzie (the black Labrador!), whether it be greeting our guests, picking up clays, or generally just getting in the way she is a lovable rogue!
